Refund and Returns Policy
Goods Return – No Credit / Refund
Please note that once Clients take possession of products, they have ordered there will be no credit or refund given for any returns in the future. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items & quantities ordered are correct and as per your requirements, and as pricing is now a very dynamic environment it is also your responsibility to check that cost pricing is as per your expectations. (Note - Normal warranty issues on parts or equipment will continue to be handled as per our normal process).
Please note that Paperware will not offer any FREE returns on incorrectly ordered products and/or change of mind. Paperware will allow returns for these reasons at the buyer's expense.
If the product(s) arrive damaged the buyer will need to provide evidence that the damage occurred prior to delivery, Paperware will not accept returns or provide a refund on goods that are damaged after delivery. If the product(s) are proven to have arrived damaged, Paperware will provide a replacement or offer a full refund at no extra cost.
If the buyer receives the incorrect goods, Paperware will return the products and provide a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Paperware will not recognise any returns or refunds 15 days after the goods are delivered.
Please also note that no cancellations are allowed on any forward orders for any items directly related to COVID-19 Infection Prevention (such as Hand Sanitiser, Wipes, Disinfectants, Toilet Tissue, Hand Towels, Rapid Antigen test etc).
