What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) for custom products?

Depending on the product the MOQ can vary. It can be as little as 5,000 units for some products and up to 100,000 units for other more comlpex custom packaging. Contact us to find a solution that suits your requirements.

I don't have enough space, do you offer storage?

Absolutely, we are able to provide storage up to 6 months at no extra cost. If you require additional storage, we can help out too.

What is the lead time?

Lead times can vary depending on product and the current shipping market. Contact us to learn more.

Can I get samples before going into production?

Yes, on most products we can offer a sample at the customers expense.

What are the payment terms?

We do sometimes ask for a deposit for production to begin. However, in some senarios we can provide account payment terms which are subject to approval and authorisation.
