Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of goods and services by Paperware Group Pty Ltd (“Paperware,” “we,” “us”) to customers (“you,” “your”). By placing an order through our website or other sales channels, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.
2. Definitions
- “Goods” – Any products offered for sale by the Company.
- “Services” – Any services provided in connection with the sale of Goods.

3. Eligibility

4. Orders and Acceptance

5. Prices and Payment

6. Stock Availability and Dispatch

- If any Goods are out of stock at the time of dispatch, the Company will notify you promptly and may:
- Offer a revised dispatch date,
- Provide a substitute product (if agreed), or
- Cancel the out-of-stock item and issue a refund.
- The Company is not liable for delays caused by stock unavailability or third-party carriers.
7. Shipping and Risk
- Risk passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
- Delivery dates are estimates only; the Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by delayed delivery.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Faulty or damaged Goods must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
- Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at the Company’s discretion and may incur shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed typically within 7 days of Goods being returned.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website, including text, images, branding, and designs, is the property of the Company or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without prior written consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of Goods or Services. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods in question.
11. Warranties
- The Company complies with all mandatory statutory guarantees under Australian Consumer Law.
- Except as required by law, the Company disclaims all warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the courts of New South Wales Courts.
