Return & Refund Policy

Paperware (“we,” “our,” “us”) is committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
  • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:
    • Perishable goods
    • Custom or personalized products
    • Clearance or final-sale items

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable products or software
  • Products marked as “final sale”

3. How to Request a Return

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at contact@paperware.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

Note: Returns will not be accepted without prior approval from our Customer Service team.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service; we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at contact@paperware.com.au.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Report any damage or defects within [X] days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or full refund.

8. Out-of-Stock Items

  • If a product is out of stock at the time of dispatch, we will notify you promptly.
  • You will be offered the following options:
    1. Full Refund – Receive a complete refund to your original payment method.
    2. Wait for Restock – Hold your order until the item becomes available.
    3. Alternative Product – Choose a similar product to suit your need. This may include variations in price resulting in a partial refund or further payment required.
  • If we do not receive your preference within 14 days, a full refund will be issued automatically.
