Shipping and Dispatch Policy

Order Processing and Cut-Off Times
1.1. Orders received by the Company prior to 12:00 pm (midday) local time on a Business Day will be processed and, subject to stock availability, dispatched on the same Business Day.
1.2. Orders received after 12:00 pm, or on a weekend or public holiday, will be deemed received on the following Business Day and dispatched accordingly. -
Stock Availability and Discrepancies
2.1. All orders are accepted subject to stock availability at the time of processing.
2.2. While the Company uses reasonable endeavours to maintain accurate stock levels, discrepancies may occasionally occur.
2.3. Where a stock discrepancy is identified before the 12:00 pm cut-off, the Customer will be notified as soon as practicable and may be offered one or more of the following:
(a) dispatch of available items with the balance placed on back order;
(b) substitution of a comparable item (subject to Customer consent); or
(c) cancellation and refund of the unavailable item(s).
2.4. Where a stock discrepancy is identified after the 12:00 pm cut-off, the affected order or item may be delayed and will be dispatched on the next available Business Day once stock is confirmed or replenished.
2.5. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from delays or changes due to stock discrepancies or inventory errors. -
Dispatch and Delivery
3.1. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to dispatch orders in accordance with the stated cut-off; however, delivery timeframes are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
3.2. The Company accepts no responsibility for delays caused by carriers, adverse weather, industrial action, or inaccurate delivery information provided by the Customer. -
Shipping Fees and Methods
4.1. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and delivery destination unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4.2. Free or promotional shipping may be offered subject to stated terms and conditions. -
Transfer of Risk and Title
5.1. Risk in the Goods passes to the Customer upon the Goods being delivered to the customer.
5.2. Title to the Goods shall not pass until full payment has been received. -
Tracking and Notification
6.1. Upon dispatch, the Company will provide the Customer with confirmation and any available tracking information.
